Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
  3. Butter 4 tablespoon
  4. Warm milk 1 cup
  5. Mozzarella cheese cubes 1/4 cup
  6. Paneer cubed 1/4 cup
  7. Oregano 2 tablespoon
  8. Tandoori mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
  9. Normal mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  10. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  11. Chilly flakes 2 teaspoon
  12. Pizza sauce (optional) 2 tablespoon
  13. Onion cubed 1 large
  14. Capsicum cubed 1/4 cup
  15. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix Maida and butter well
  2. Add yeast salt and warm milk to knead to a smooth dough
  3. Keep it for fermentation for 4 hours
  4. In a bowl mix paneer mozzarella cheese,mayonnaise,oregano,chilly flakes, salt and 1 teaspoon butter and mix well and keep aside for 1/2 an hour
  5. Knead the dough well and make small puris and keep the stuffing in the middle and close the puri by gathering the edges to the middle
  6. Brush butter on the surface
  7. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  8. Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
  9. Sprinkle oregano on the top
  10. Serve hot
