Whole Wheat Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients to make Whole Wheat Chocolate Brownie

  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g Milk Chocolate
  • 100g Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Whole Wheat Chocolate Brownie

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Beat butter & sugar till fluffy in a bowl.
  3. Melt dark & milk chocolate together.
  4. Sift the flour, cocoa, salt into a bowl and mix them together.
  5. Add the eggs in butter mix, one by one & beat well.
  6. Add flour in butter mix, little by little and stir by cut and fold method.
  7. Pour the mix into tin & spread it out evenly.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Let it cool down before demoulding.
  10. Cut evenly and serve.

My Tip:

You can store brownies in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
