Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka

  • 250g paneer , cubed
  • 50g hung curd
  • 2 tsp deggi mirch powder
  • 2-3 tsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic
  • 3 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large onion, cut into large cubes
  • 1 capsicum, cubed
  • 1 tomato, cubed

Steps to make Paneer Tikka

  1. Marinade paneer chunks with with all the ingredients and keep aside for atleast one hour.
  2. Skewer paneer, tomato, capsicum alternately and grill or bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 deg C., Or grill in Tandoor if you have it.
  3. Serve hot with mint chutney.
