ABOUT Paneer Payassam RECIPE

Fresh juicy paneer cooked in Amul Pure Milk ,flavoured with some cardomom,almonds and raisins while cooking.Thickened as per your liking.A very creamy and tasteful dessert made with Paneer.

  1. 1 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  2. half cup sugar
  3. half a cup grated paneer
  4. 4-5 cardamom seeds
  5. Some 4-5 almonds cut fine with skin
  6. few raisins

Instructions

  1. 11/2CUP MILK,1/2CUP SUGAR,1/2 CUP FRESH PANEER,FEW CARDOMOM SEEDS,ALMONDS RAISINS
  2. GRATE ABOUT HALF A CUP OF PANEER
  3. MILK ,GRATED PANEER ,SUGAR,CARDOMOM SEEDS ARE READY ,CUT ALMONDS FINE,PUT PAN TO HEAT ON SLOW
  4. ADD MILK TO HEAT
  5. START STIRRING ,BOIL TILL STARTS THICKENING ,IE 4-5MINUTES
  6. ADD SUGAR NOW AND STIR MIX WELL ANOTHER 2-3 MINUTES
  7. STIR TO LET MILK THICKEN A LITTLE ,ADD THE CARDAMOM SEEDS NOW
  8. KEEP BOILING WELL
  9. AS MILK IS SLIGHTLY THICKENS,ADD THE GRATED PANEER ,MIX WELL STIRRING CONTINOUSLY FOR 3-5MINUTES
  10. ADD THE RAISINS AND CHOPPED ALMONDS
  11. AFTER STIRRING COOKING ABOUT 5 MINUTES CLOSE FLAME
  12. POUR OUT NOW IN BOWL
  13. REMOVE THICKENED KHEER WITH LADDLE SPOON USED TO STIR THROUGHOUT
  14. GARNISH NOW WITH CUT ALMONDS AND FEW RAISINS ,KEEP TO CHILL IN FRIDGE
