Funnel Cake

Ingredients to make Funnel Cake

  • oil - 8 cup or as much required for deep frying
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • Maida (all purpose flour) - 2 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1/2 Cup

How to make Funnel Cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil for frying, take a funnel and put the paste in it.
  3. Start pouring the paste in the oil through the funnel in a zig zag manner.
  4. Fry it till golden brown.
  5. Serve it with a dust of icing sugar.

My Tip:

It tastes amazing with whipped cream.
