Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil - 8 cup or as much required for deep frying
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Eggs - 2
  4. Maida (all purpose flour) - 2 cup
  5. Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspon
  7. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Sugar - 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil for frying, take a funnel and put the paste in it.
  3. Start pouring the paste in the oil through the funnel in a zig zag manner.
  4. Fry it till golden brown.
  5. Serve it with a dust of icing sugar.
