Ingredients to make Egg pepper dry roast/ egg milagu varuval

  • egg-2 hard boiled and halved
  • onion-1chopped
  • tomato-1/2 chopped
  • chilli-2 chopped
  • chilli powder-1spn
  • cumin powder-1 spin
  • pepper powder-1 and 1/2spoon
  • turmeric powder-1/2spn
  • salt- to taste
  • ginger garlic paste-1/2 spoon

How to make Egg pepper dry roast/ egg milagu varuval

  1. INGREDIENTS- HARD BOILED EGG-2(HALVED), ONION-1 CHOPPED,1/2TOMATO, GREEN CHILLI-2CHOPPED
  2. SPICE POWDER_ CUMIN POWDER,PEPPER POWDER-2 SPN, GARAMASALA-1/2 SPN, TURMERIC PWDER-1/2 SPN
  3. IN A PAN ADD OIL AND HEAT IT
  4. ADD ONE SPN SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER IN HEATED OIL
  5. FRY HALVED EGGS IN THAT OIL
  6. FLIP IT
  7. WHEN IT FRIED TRANSFER TO A BOWL
  8. IN THE SAME OIL ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLI
  9. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. WHEN ONION TURNS TENDER ADD 1/2TOMATO, CUMIN AND GARAMASALA POWDER
  11. ADD 1 SPOON CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL
  12. ADD 1/2 SPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND MIX IT WELL
  13. ADD LITTLE WATER AND MIX WELL
  14. WHEN IT TURNS MUSHY ADD FRIED EGGS
  15. FINALLY ADD 1SPOON PEPPER POWDER AND SPRINKLE CORIANDER LEAVES
  16. TRANSFER TO PLATE AND SERVE
