Ingredients to make Vegetable biryani

  • basmati rice 2 cup
  • Onion 1 no
  • Sliced tomato 1 no
  • 2 Green chilli slit
  • a handfull of chopped Coriander
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup French beans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 Turnip , chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Biryani masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • whole spices
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Fried onion for garnishing

How to make Vegetable biryani

  1. Cut the vegetables in julians.
  2. Boil the all vegetables
  3. Sliced the onion and tomato
  4. Boil the Basmati rice 80 % after that strain the water
  5. Add the oil in kadhai and fry the vegetables
  6. Fry the vegetables till light brown
  7. After that put the fried vegetables
  8. Add the bayleaf and hole spice in oil
  9. After that add the onion and fry the till light brown
  10. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for some time
  11. Add the slit green chilli
  12. After that add the sliced tomato
  13. Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam masala, biryani masala and salt
  14. Cook for 5 minutes
  15. After that add the curd and off the gas flame
  16. One layer of rice in big plate one layer of gravy repeat these method 3 three time
  17. Garnish the fried onion
  18. Wrap silver foil over big plate
  19. Put the plate in gas range and on the low flame for 2 mint
  20. Garnish with coriander and fried oinion
  21. Serve hot
