Ingredients to make Gazpacho Verde - Green Gazpacho

  • English cucumber - 1 Medium size
  • Green Apple - 1 Medium Size
  • Avacoda - 1 Medium Size
  • Honey dew melon - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 2
  • Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Lime juice - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to make Gazpacho Verde - Green Gazpacho

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Adjust the salt or lemon juice if desired.
  2. Chilled it atleast an hour and Serve.
  3. he preparation takes only ten minutes but we need to chill the soup for an hour before you can serve. Hence total time for the dish is 70 mins.(Prep time-10mins and cooling time-60mins)

My Tip:

*Don't omit garlic ,it enhance the taste. *You can also use parsley or basil leaves Or Baby Spinach
