Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.5 cup refined flour (maida)
  2. 1 cup mawa
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 tbsp cardamom pd
  5. Oil for deep fry
  6. Dry fruits
  7. Ghee for moin

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take refined flour (maida), add 2 tbsp ghee and make tight dough with little water.
  2. Rest it for 20 minutes for set the dough.
  3. Now heat a pan, fry mawa add gratted dry fruits. Keep aside
  4. Now heat another pan add sugar and water, make sugar syrup of one string.
  5. After 20 minutes mash the dough 2 minutes more.
  6. Now make balls of lemon size then make puri and stuff with khoya and make kachori.
  7. Now heat a kadai add oil and after heating simmer the gas and deep fry.
  8. Fry all kachori on low flame.
  9. Now after cooling kachoris make hole in the middle and fill with sugar syrup and spread gratted dry fruits.
