My Simplest Pasta

Ingredients to make My Simplest Pasta

  • 70 gms dried Spaghetti
  • 10 cherry Yomatoes halved
  • 10 fresh Basil leaves torn
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • salt to taste

How to make My Simplest Pasta

  1. Cook pasta till al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, basil and chili flakes to the pasta and toss with your hands or tongs. Spread uniformly.
  3. Add salt and in a anon stick pan gently heat without wilting the veggies.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and serve immediately.

My Tip:

This salad works warm or chilled and is good for a light meal and very conducive to packing in a tiffin.
