Paneer Pulav Spicy Steamed Rice

Paneer Pulav

Ingredients to make Paneer Pulav

  • 250 gms Basmati rice
  • 250 gm paneer (cottage cheese) cut in 2 inches square shape
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 3 Green cardamom
  • 1 star rise
  • salt to taste
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

How to make Paneer Pulav

  1. Take pressure cooker, heat oil add cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and cloves.
  2. Add green chillies in it.
  3. Add rice, salt and cook it.
  4. In another pan heat a little oil and fry the paneer from both sides.
  5. Check rice if it is cooked, Serve hot and garnish with paneer, pomegranates and coriander.

My Tip:

If you want add turmeric and red chilli powder.
