- boiled peeled potatoes (1 medium sized) mashed
- onion (1 small sized) chopped
- For dabeli masala- Cinnamon sticks (1)
- Zeera (cumin seeds)1 tsp
- Pepper (5 balls)
- Coriander seeds(1/2 tsp)1
- Black salt (1 tsp)
