ABOUT SUBZI BEMISAAL RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2-3 tbsp oil
  2. 1big Onion
  3. 1garlic piece
  4. 2carrots
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1potato
  7. Small ginger piece
  8. 7to10 beans
  9. 3to 4 cauliflower pieces
  10. 2 to 3 Cloves
  11. Green elaichi
  12. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  13. 10 to 15 cashew pieces
  14. 1tsp of khus khus
  15. 1/2 cup coconut
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces and one fourth of the onions into big pieces.
  2. Take a kadhai with a little oil and add cloves , Cinnamon,elaichi and cashews and then fry a little.
  3. Add ginger , garlic and big pieces of onions and then keep it to cool a little after every thing is fried.
  4. Then grind the whole mixture with coconut and khus khus and keep it aside .
  5. Now take a little oil and add sombu,and then onions, fry it nicely.
  6. Take all the vegetables . Cut into small pieces and boil in the microwave.
  7. After everything is cooked nicely add it to the onions and mix it.
  8. Add salt in the ground mixture.
  9. Now after every thing is mixed well , add water if it is very thick.
  10. Serve hot with parathas/rotis/puries,etc.
