About Chinese bhel Recipe

Usually we all love chats bhel puri, pani puri but this is a chinese starter it is called chinese bhel where sauces are added to this dish.

Chinese bhel

Ingredients to make Chinese bhel

  • 1 packet plain noodles boiled and fried
  • 1 cabbage chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce (Optional)
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • Different colors of bell peppers, chopped

How to make Chinese bhel

  1. Boil the noodles and deep fry it.
  2. In a bowl add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onions, bell peppers and mix well.
  3. Add the sauces: chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce and toss it well.
  4. Add salt, pepper and white pepper, mix well.
  5. Add the fried crushed noodles and mix well.
  6. Add sesame seeds and mix well.

My Tip:

It is a chinese starter. You can serve as a snack, kids would surely love it.
