Ingredients to make Kasoori Methi Aaloo

  • Hard boiled potato 4 large size
  • Sendha salt/laohri salt to taste
  • Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili broken 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • methi dana 1 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 4 tbsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Kasoori Methi Aaloo

  1. Cut the potato into slices. pluck the whole red chili into two pieces.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan pop the cumin and methi dana.
  3. Add green chili and whole red chili
  4. Add potato fenugreek leaves and salt ,stir and cook for 5 minute.
  5. Add lemon juice. Switch the flame. Serve hot with paratha or poori.
