Ingredients to make Mosaiko

  • butter -200 gm
  • Powdered sugar -200 gm
  • Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
  • eggs - 2
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Biscuits 5-6
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar

How to make Mosaiko

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites .
  2. Whisk the whites adding pinch of salt and sugar until rich, creamy and foamy. Add sugar and whisk well.
  3. Now melt the butter in microwave. In this melted butter add powdered sugar ,cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
  4. Add the yolks in it and whisk them.
  5. Now mix the mixture with the egg white cream.
  6. Mix it thoroughly with a spatula..
  7. Add the biscuits at the end . Adding almonds is optional.
  8. Now take a square or rectangular baking tray .
  9. Put the butter paper at the bottom.
  10. Pour the whole batter in tray n keep it in the freezer.
  11. After 5-6 hours , a perfect choco treat is ready.
  12. Cut into slices n enjoy.
