Ingredients to make Red Feta Salad

  • Beetroot - 1 no. cubed
  • Tomato - 1 no. cubed
  • Basil leaves - 4 nos. finely chopped
  • balsamic vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Feta cheese - 4 tbsp crumbled

How to make Red Feta Salad

  1. Steam the beet cubes.
  2. Mix the basil leaved with salt, pepper& balsamic vinegar
  3. Add the cubed tomatoes and feta to the dressing & mix
  4. Add hot steamed beetroot and mix well.
My Tip: Use good quality balsamic vinegar reductions. n fresh feta
