Creamy cheesy pasta

Ingredients to make Creamy cheesy pasta

  • 200 gm pasta
  • water for boiling
  • salt 2tbsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoon
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Red pasta sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Black crushed pepper 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Cheese for garnishing

How to make Creamy cheesy pasta

  1. Take a deep vessel fill it water and put it on stove and let it to boil. Then add pasta to the boiling water and 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tablespoon salt and stir. Let the passta boil for 20 mins and check it by cutting a piece if it is cooked properly.
  2. After you find it cooked drain water add a tbsp oil to keep it from sticking and keep it aside.
  3. Now take a non-stick wok or pan and add a tbsp oil to it and add red pasta sauce and chilli flakes.
  4. When sauce starts separating oil add fresh cream to it with continuous stirring.
  5. After 2-3 mins add your pasta into it . Now stir it continuously and mix well then add pepper must and salt if required.
  6. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
  7. Then close the stove shred cheese over it and mix well.
  8. Your mouthwatering creamy cheesy and spicy hot pasta is ready to eat..... :ok_hand:

My Tip:

You can use any shape of pasta you want but the penne taste awesome ( my fav.) And add only 1 tbsp oil because cream also gives oil which will otherwise make it quite oily .... and yes you should try this :blush:
