Take leftover masala Soya in a bowl.
Boil the eggs and let it cool
Now take leftover boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Peel the potatoes.
Mashed the potatoes.
Now heat mustard oil in a pan.
Add one tea spoon cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Now add half cup chopped onion and fry it well.
Next add half tea spoon ginger garlic paste and cook for few seconds.
Then add mashed potato, cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
Cooks the mixture for 5 minutes and stirring constantly.
Now add homemade masala powder.
Turn off the flame and let the mixture completely cool down and mash them properly without any lumps on it.
Meanwhile take leftover breads and roast it on tawa until it will be crispy.
Now make bread crumbs with the help of hand.
Bread crumbs is ready for coating.
Peel the boiled eggs.
Now add gram flour, salt and chilli powder in a bowl for making batter.
Now add water. The batter should be smooth and thick so that it built the coating properly.
Cut the eggs with knife.
Remove the yolk from eggs by the help of spoon.
Now add that yolk to the mashed potatoes.
Stuffed the eggs with leftover masala soya.
The cutting part of the egg is join by toothpick.
Cover the eggs with mashed potatoes.
Cover the all eggs in same process.
Dip the covered eggs into the batter.
Roll them in the bread crumbs.
All eggs are ready for frying.
Finally heat oil and fry the eggs until brownish in colour.
Now Soya Batate Ka Anda Chop is ready for serving.
