Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gobi pieces 9
  2. Maida -4spoon
  3. Corn flour -4spoon
  4. Chilly paste -2tsp
  5. curry leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Onion -chopped
  9. Soya sauce 2tsp
  10. Curd -2table spoon
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Method Take gobi cut into small pieces in a bowl add ginger garlic paste curry leaves salt red chilly paste corn starch maida add water and make it thick batter dip gobi pieces into the mixture and deep fry them
  2. Take a pan add oil add garlic and sauté it now add chopped onion curry leaves salt red chilly pow now add curd and mix it well
  3. add soya sauce and mix it well add gobi pieces and sauté it few min
