Banana Nutella Cake

Ingredients to make Banana Nutella Cake

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nutella
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How to make Banana Nutella Cake

  1. Pre heat the oven to 170 C.
  2. Whisk egg with sugar until it’s combined to a smooth consistency in a bowl. Pour oil and give it another whisk.
  3. Next, add nutella and whisk again.
  4. Mash the bananas and add it to the egg mixture in a small bowl.
  5. In another separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  6. Pour this to the egg mixture little bit at a time and whisk. Once combined, add water, milk and vanilla extract. Whisk again.
  7. Pour the batter in a 9 inch round pan and bake it for 50-55 minutes.
