Ingredients to make Pizza puff

  • Franch beans 100 gm
  • capsicum 1
  • carrot 1
  • Green peas 50 gm
  • garlic 5 pods
  • Amarican corn 50 gm
  • oil 100 gm
  • Baking Powder a pinch
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • Origano 1/2 tspn
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsn
  • ginger 1 inch
  • tomato sauce 4 tbs
  • tomato puree 100 gm

How to make Pizza puff

  1. Make a firm dough of all purpose flour oil baking soda salt and water. Cover it and keep aside
  2. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil add chopped ginger garlic and sauté add vegetables tomato puree sauce salt pepper and oregano cook till juices evaporated.
  3. Now make small balls of dough roll and fill vegetables mix in middle. Fold and paste ends by water press over by fork.
  4. Give 5 minutes rest and deep fry.
