Ingredients to make Salted Banana Chips

  • 5 medium-sized raw bananas
  • 3-4 cups of water

How to make Salted Banana Chips

  1. Take a large bowl and pour water in it.
  2. With the help of a mandoline slicer, slice the bananas directly into the bowl of water.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai/wok to deep fry these banana slices.
  4. Meanwhile, remove the banana slices from the bowl of water and pat them dry them using kitchen towels or napkins.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add in the banana slices in batches and fry on medium flame.
