Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half kg Palak
  2. 1/2 kg tofu
  3. 4 finely chopped onion
  4. 4 finely chopped tomato
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. Malai or cream
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. 2 finely chopped garlic
  9. Garam Masala
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Cumin and curry leave
  13. Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 6 cups of water in vessel with 1/4 tbsp salt and rinse chopped spinach in it
  2. After rinsing immediately add spinach in cold water for 2 mins. This preserves its green color
  3. Make ginger garlic paste or you can add readymade paste
  4. Add chopped spinach, chopped 2 green chilli and ginger garlic paste to mixer and grind it
  5. Heat butter in cooking pan and add cumin seeds with Tej leave
  6. Add finely chopped onions and sautÃ:copyright: it till brown then add tomatoes and saute it for 5 mins till mixture leaves water
  7. Add few finely chopped garlic cloves and 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and stir it well
  8. Alternatively you can also add readymade palak paneer masala
  9. Add Palak Puree and Stir well
  10. On Pan heat butter and saute tofu till light brownish
  11. Add Malai or cream to the curry and stir for 10 mins on medium flame later add sauted tofu and stir gentle for 2 mins
  12. Cover with lid and leave it for while. Serve hot with Roti or Naan
