Ingredients to make Veg Manchurian with garlic noodles

  • For Manchurian Balls
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots and paneer
  • 2-3 tbsp maida
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  • For gravy
  • 3-4 diced onions, Chopped garlic
  • 2 diced capsicum
  • 1/2 carrot cut in strips
  • 2 Chopped Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1-2 tsp cornflour
  • Water as required
  • FOR GARNISH: Chopped green onions
  • For noodles
  • 1 pkt noodles
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 Diced capsicum
  • Strips of one carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce and vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

How to make Veg Manchurian with garlic noodles

  1. Take grated cauliflower, grated carrots mashed paneer. Mix properly. Now add salt, lalmirch powder, cornflour, maida.mix properly.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry in a hot oil till golden brown. Take out and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi add chopped garlic and saut till translucent and add diced onions and diced capsicum and cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add salt, black pepper powder,Chinese masala and mix well. Add soya sauce, vinegar and mix well. Add vegetable balls. Add cornflour mix in a water. Cook till it is thick.
  5. Boil noodles in a boiling water with salt and oil. Drain it and rub oil and keep aside.
  6. Heat oil in a karahi add chopped onions, chopped capsicum carrots and cook for few minutes.
  7. Add salt and black pepper. Add soya sauce, vinegar tomato ketchup. Mix properly. Add boiled noodles. Cook till done.
