Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. paneer 500 gms (or as per your need )
  2. Tomatoes chopped 2
  3. Onions chopped 2
  4. green chillies slit into half 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. garam masala half tbsp
  8. kashmirilal half tbsp
  9. Kitchen king 1 tbsp
  10. Black pepper half tbsp
  11. dhaniya powder half tbsp
  12. Butter 4 spoons
  13. Boiled peas half cup

Instructions

  1. take a wok heat oil add the onions and tomatoes saute well let it cool down
  2. take a mixer grinder jar add the mixture and grind well
  3. take awok again heat some oil add the grinded mixture and all the spices cook well till it leaves some oil
  4. add the boiled peas or matar with some water and simmer for some time
  5. add the paneer at the last stage simmer for 1 minute
  6. serve hot
