Ingredients to make Soya kabab

  • Two big boiled potato
  • Half cup crumbled paneer
  • One cup soaked soya
  • salt as per taste
  • One chooped green chilly
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/4 spoon red chilly
  • Half spoon coriander powder
  • Half spoon roasted cumin powder
  • oil for fraying
  • Two spoons cornflour

How to make Soya kabab

  1. Mash the boiled potato.
  2. Squeeze soaked soya.
  3. Mix paneer, soya, mashed potatoes.
  4. Add salt, green chilly, red chilly, coriander powder, coriander leaves, salt, roasted cumin powder.
  5. Add two spoons cornflour.
  6. Mix it.
  7. Make a dough.
  8. Now make kabab shape.
  9. Fry them till golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.

My Tip:

Fry them on medium flame.
