Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. dosa batter as needed
  2. butter or oil half teaspoon
  3. 1 onion half
  4. Garlic 5 cloves(i add lots of garlic)
  5. 1 capsicum half
  6. 1 carrot half grated
  7. cauliflower 1 tbsp minced
  8. broccoli 1 tbsp minced(optional)
  9. tomato sauce 1 to 1/2 tsp
  10. Vinegar 2 drops
  11. Soya sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Mixed Herbs 3 sprinkles
  13. Chilli flakes half teaspoon(or as needed)
  14. Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  15. salt as needed

Instructions

  1. STUFFING :Cut all veggies into small cubes. You can add any vegetables as per your wish.
  2. Now heat a dosa Tawa and add butter to it. Just melt the butter and add the minced garlic.
  3. When the garlic becomes golden brown add all the vegetables and saute it until it becomes little crispy.
  4. Now add the tomato sauce soya sauce vinegar Chili flakes Mixed Herbs and Pepper powder and salt.. Saute ut for 5 minutes.
  5. Switch off the flame and transfer the filling to a plate. Now add a teaspoon of butter to it. Mix well(optional step)
  6. Now heat the same tawa and spread the dosa batter to a medium thickness.
  7. Add about half to one teaspoon of the stuffing on the batter and and just spread it along the dosa. Add some oil to the edges. Add the stuffing only as needed.
  8. Cover the dosa and cook until it becomes little crispy in a medium flame. Now flip the dosa and cook it for another 3 min.
  9. Serve it with coconut chutney or garlic chutney or can be eaten without any side dish:yum::yum:
