Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients to make Chicken Spring Rolls

  • 5 spring roll sheets
  • 500 gm boneless chicken small cubed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 capsicum julienned
  • 1/2 cabbage julienned
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil to deep fry
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Sweet chilli sauce to serve with

How to make Chicken Spring Rolls

  1. Marinate the chicken with tabasco sauce, salt, soya sauce.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok.Saute garlic.Then toss all vegetables well in wok.
  3. Now add chicken cubes,salt and give a nice toss.
  4. Now put this mixture in the spring roll sheet.
  5. Give a egg wash at the edges and fold the rolls nicely.
  6. Now deep fry them in hot oil.
  7. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
