A sweetened jelly made from tomato paste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe tomato paste 1cup.
  2. Sugar 2 table spoon.
  3. Agar_agar powder 2table spoon.
  4. Milk 1/2cup.
  5. Condenced milk 1/2cup.

Instructions

  1. Soak 1table spoon agar_agar powder in 1/2cup of water.Keep aside.
  2. Now boil milk,add condenced milk ,stir.
  3. Add agar_agar and mix well .
  4. Pour in a mould .Keep in fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  5. Now boil 1cup water in a pan,add tomato paste.Stir well and cook on medium flame for 5minutes.
  6. Soak another 1table spoon agar_agar powder in 1/2cup of water for 2_3 minutes.
  7. After 5minutes add sugar and agar_agar to tomato paste,stire well and cook for 2minutes.
  8. Take out milk mould from frigde,pour tomato solution over .
  9. Keep in fridge for 30minutes to set.
  10. Cut in cubes ,serve.
  11. Add sugar and agar_gar
