Ingredients to make Dalia Manchurian( go different )

  • Dalia 1 cup.
  • Boiled corn 1 cup.
  • Spinach leaves washed and cut 15 no.
  • Grated carrot 1 cup.
  • Wheat flour. 1 cup.
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup.
  • Soya sauce. 2 tsp.
  • Green chilli sauce 1 tsp.
  • Tomato ketchup 3 tsp.
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Ginger, garlic cut in to small pieces
  • Oil for frying.

How to make Dalia Manchurian( go different )

  1. Wash dalia and pressure cook with 2 cups of water. Let it cool.
  2. Cut washed spinach leaves.
  3. Mix dalia, grated carrot, spinach leaves and boil corn. Add wheat flour and half corn flour to make batter. Consistency should be thicker than : " pakora " batter .
  4. Heat oil and fry pakora.
  5. Make a thin paste of rest wheat flour and corn flour. Boil 4 cups water . Add this paste to boiling water. Add salt , pepper , ginger , garlic, soya sauce , chilli sauce , tomato sauce, vinegar..
  6. After the gravy is ready . Serve with pakora.
  7. Serve manchurian with plain or fried rice.

My Tip:

I have fried half pakora and rest shallow fried in tikki shape. This is for those who avoid fried food.
