Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless chicken- Cut into Cubes
  2. Tomato sauce- 2 large tablespoons
  3. Soya sauce- 2 large tablespoons
  4. Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
  5. Besan as required
  6. Oats as required
  7. Jeera as required
  8. Saunf as required
  9. Mangrela as required
  10. Salt as required
  11. Red chilly powder as required
  12. Soda

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and drain the water.
  2. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar for marination and keep it aside for half and hour.
  3. Now Prepare for besan. Add besan, mangraila, jeera, sauf, salt, red chilly powder and soda.
  4. Crush the oats in to very small pieces.
  5. Deep fry oil in a pan.
  6. First take the chicken and dip into the besan then in oats and deep fry till it turns brown in colour.
  7. Now enjoy the hot crispy fried chicken with sauce in snacks time.
