Methi Dana Mirch ki sabzi

Ingredients to make Methi Dana Mirch ki sabzi

  • methi dana 150 gms
  • Fresh green chillies - 5 pc
  • tomato - 1 medium size
  • salt 1 tspn
  • haldi 1/2 tspn
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tspn
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tspn
  • jeera - 1/2 tspn
  • Heeng powder 1/2tspn
  • oil 1/2 tbspn

How to make Methi Dana Mirch ki sabzi

  1. Soak methi dana in boiling water for 5 - 10 mins covered.
  2. Chop green chillies and tomato.
  3. Heat oil in a wok/kadhai.
  4. Temper with heeng powder and Jeera.
  5. Add chopped green chillies and saute for a minute.
  6. Add salt and haldi powder. Mix well.
  7. Drain excess water from methi and keep aside.
  8. Add methi dana to the green chillies and saute.
  9. Add chopped tomato
  10. Add red chilly powder and amchur piwder. Mix well.
  11. Cook for a couple of minutes and turn off the flame.
  12. Your methi dana with green chillies sabzi is ready.

My Tip:

Prefer using sprouted methi dana for health benefits, or soak methi dana in cold water for 5-6 hours and use it directly.
