Ingredients to make Watermelon and Feta Salad

  • Watermelon - 1/2
  • Vodka - 2 tbsp
  • mint - A handful
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup

How to make Watermelon and Feta Salad

  1. Refrigerate the melon till it is chilled.
  2. Scoop the melon out and keep aside.
  3. Pour the remaining juice in a separate bowl and add the vodka to it.
  4. Place the scooped watermelon back into the shell.
  5. Sprinkle with mint and feta cheese.
  6. Pour the vodka-infused watermelon juice over the scooped melon.
  7. Serve chilled.
