Soak green gram for 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup of water in a bowl,bring it to boil and add salt,chilli powder,soaked green gram and rice flour. Stir it and off the stove.
Don't let the mixture boil for long.
After the mixture has cooled down, take it into a plate and make small balls.Roll the balls in sesame seeds .
Shape them as chekodis.
Join both the ends to form a chekodi.
Deep fry them.
