Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. KADAI PANEER
  2. Bell peppers red,yellow &green 1 each
  3. onion 1 big chopped
  4. tomatoes 3 chopped
  5. Gg paste 1 tbsp
  6. Whole dhania 2 tbsp
  7. Haldi pwdr 1 tsp
  8. Chillie pwdr 1 tsp
  9. Whole dry red chillies 3 to 4
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Fresh dhaia to garnish
  12. Paneer 200 grams cubed
  13. oil 2 tbsp
  14. For tacos
  15. 1/2cup Maize flour
  16. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Oil 1 tbsp
  19. Water as needed
  20. OTHER INGRIDENTS
  21. Tomato 1 chopped
  22. Lettuce 1/2 cup
  23. Sauce
  24. Hung Curd 1/4 cup
  25. Garlic pods 1
  26. Olive oil 1 tsp
  27. Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions

  1. GARLIC SAUCE Take the hung curd add the crushed garlic ,olive oil and lemon juice.whisk well
  2. TACOS
  3. Take the flours add oil and make a stiff dough
  4. Roll the dough into small chapatis and tawa toast them till just done
  5. Fold the chapatis and place a foil roll between them and bake for 10 mins in a preheated oven at 200 D Celsius
  6. Our tacos r ready
  7. KADAI PANEER
  8. Tawa roast the dhania and roughly crush them.Keep aside
  9. In oil add the onions
  10. Once the onion turn pink add the gg paste
  11. Saute and add the tomatoes
  12. Add all the dry spices along with the whole red chillies and dhania
  13. Adjust the salt
  14. Add the paneer and the sliced bell peppers
  15. Cook till the water dries up
  16. ASSEMBLE
  17. Take the tacos apply our garlic sauce, Add the kadhai paneer as the filling
  18. Sprinkle some lettuce leaves,chopped tomatoes
  19. Serve
