Ingredients to make Mango salsa

  • Mangoes 2
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Mango salsa

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes. Mangoes should not be fully ripe and preferably totapuri mangoes should be taken as they are little hard.
  2. Add sugar, salt and red chili powder to it . Mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with the main course.

Mangoes should not be fully ripe.
