Ingredients to make Hot and Sweet Plums and Peaches

  • plums peeled- 8
  • Peaches peeled and chopped- 2
  • honey- 1tbsp
  • For dry masala-
  • coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tbsp
  • sesame seeds- 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar- 1tbsp
  • Chaat masala- 1tbsp
  • garlic powder- 1tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Hot and Sweet Plums and Peaches

  1. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper and sesame seeds .
  2. Cool it and grind it coarsely.Add red chili powder,sugar chat masala, garlic powder to it. Grind it to a fine powder.
  3. For marination- mix dry powdered masala, salt and honey together.
  4. Marinate plums and peaches in this marination for 1 hour.
  5. Cook them covered in a no-stick pan for 5 to 10 minutes on a low flame.
  6. Remove them on a serving plate.
