    Ingredients to make Masala pav

    • Pav/pao buns-(6 to 8)
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 2 tomatoes chopped
    • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
    • Curry leaves
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves-a hand full.
    • 2 green chillies chopped
    • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
    • Coriander onion tomatoes for garnish
    • Oil
    • Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp

    How to make Masala pav

    1. 1.Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds (rai) and curry leaves.
    2. 2. Add chopped onion, saute till light brown , add chopped tomatoes. allow to cook til soft.Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and green chillies.
    3. 3. Add some coriander and mix well. Now add chopped pav buns and mix very gently.
    4. 4. Add red chili powder and salt to taste
    5. 5.Sprinkle some water and lemon juice.
    6. 6.Garnish with extra chopped coriander, onion and tomatoes.
