Ingredients to make Creamy white sauce pasta

  • 2 cups Boiled pasta
  • 1/2 cup chicken cut into cubes
  • 1/4 th cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 th cup blanched broccoli
  • salt as per taste
  • Mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • 2tsp flour
  • 2-3 cups warm milk
  • 3-4 tbsp butter.
  • 1/4 th tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes or as per spiciness..

How to make Creamy white sauce pasta

  1. Prepare Bechameal sauce or white sauce. take 2 tbsp butter in a sau pan. Add flour and mix well until light golden. Becareful not to burn it. Add milk little by little and mix using a whisk. Add salt and white pepper powder. Mix well ensure there are no lumps... Add parmesan and mozarella cheese and mix. Let it cool.. you can adjust the consistency accordingly... add more milk to dilute it if required.
  2. In a pan add butter, add finely chopped garlic and add chicken cubes and fry. When they turn cooked, add mushroom slices and broccoli, let it cook lightly but retain the crunchiness.
  3. Add boiled pasta, cook pasta according to the packet instructions, it should not be over cooked nor under cooked.
  4. Add the white sauce and mix well, adjust the consistency... pasta will absorb all the gravy, so adjust in the begining.
  5. Sprinkle oregano but rubbing on your palms then sprinkling it.
  6. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and mix well.
  7. Add more cheese if required.
  8. Remove on a plate and serve.

My Tip:

You can add clove or cinnamon powder into white sauce for aroma..
