Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Water as needed
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 ysp
  5. Green chillies 2-3
  6. Sprouted moong 1/2 cup
  7. Carrot 1/2 cup
  8. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly take poha and soak it in water
  2. Now switch on the flame and add oil
  3. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  4. Fry them and add carrot and fry well
  5. Now. Add green chilli and enough salt
  6. Add soaked poha
  7. And at last add moong fry for couple of minutes and switch off the flame and serve
