Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cups Wheat flour
  2. 1/2cup hung curd
  3. 1/2cup paneer
  4. 4 to 5 tbsp ghee
  5. 1/2cup grind besan sev namkeen
  6. 2tbsp finely chopped green coriander
  7. 2green chilli finely chopped
  8. 1/4tbsp turmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1) Take wheat flour in a bowl.add salt,ghee mix well add water in small portion and knead soft dough.
  2. 2)cover and keep the dough for 20 to 25 min.to set.after 20min.grrece your hand with ghee squash the dough
  3. 3) for stuffing take hung curd,grated paneer,grinded besan sev namkeen,salt,green chilli,red chilli powder, tumeric powder,green coriander and mix well.
  4. 4) to make paratha by the first way break a lump from the dough make a round ball the give peda like shape.coat in dry flour.roll it out 4 to 5 inch in diameter meanwhile put the tawa to heat up.
  5. 5) place 2to 3 tbsp stuffing over the roiled out paratha close the stuffing by lifing from all sides
  6. 6) press with palm to spread stuffing evenly,then coat it with dry flour again.roll it out fr om edges.keep thick 5 to 6 inch in diameter
  7. 7)put little ghee on nonstick tawa spread evenly .Put the paratha to roast on the tawa keep the flame medium let the paratha slightly roast from beneath until brown spots appears.roll other paratha likewise.when paratha have Brown spots flip them.apply ghee on both sides and roast well.once rosted lift the paratha and put it over the bowl placed on the plate.
  8. 8) yummy and healthy stuff hung curd paratha is ready serve with your favorite sabji
