Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For cups:
  2. White Chocolate or Dark Chocolate - 250 grams (Melted)
  3. For filling:
  4. Flavoured Custard Powder (Strawberry or Vanilla) - 2 1/2 tbsp
  5. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  6. Milk - 2 cups
  7. Chopped fruits - 1 cup (Apple, Grapes, Pomegranate, Kiwi etc.)
  8. For decoration:
  9. Some Whipped Cream
  10. Cherries as required
  11. Strawberry as required
  12. Tutti frutty as required
  13. Chocolate Chips a few

Instructions

  1. Making cups - Melt chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler, put melted chocolate in a silicon moulds and tilt it so that the chocolate spreads inside the cup. Invert and keep in fridge for 5 minutes. Then carefully demould it.
  2. Making filling: Take 1/2 cup warm milk and dissolve custard powder in it and keep aside.
  3. Boil remaining milk and add sugar and let it dissolve.
  4. Bring the flame to low and mix the dissolved custard paste in it and keep on stirring so that no lumps are formed for atleast 5 minutes.
  5. Let it cool and while cooling add the fruits and mix it. Make sure the custard is not very runny.
  6. For Assembling: Pour custard mix in the chocolate cups. Decorate it with whipped cream, cherries etc.
  7. The chocolate cups are ready.
