Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Oil 1 tsp
  3. Cheese (any) 1 cup
  4. Oregano 1 tbsp
  5. Chilly flakes 1 tbsp
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  8. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  9. Water as required
  10. Tomato 1, cut into round slices

Instructions

  1. For the dough: Mix flour, oil and make a dough.
  2. For stuffing: Mix cheese, chilly flakes, oregano, salt and coriander.
  3. Make 2 chapatis, small in size. Take the first one and put a tomato slice over it. Put the stuffing inside the tomato slice, sprinkle chat masala over it and put the other chapati over it.
  4. Seal the corners by applying some water on the sides. Press with a fork on the edges to seal properly.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till golden brown.
