Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Chole 1/2 cup
  3. Chana dal 1/2 cup
  4. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  5. Onions 2
  6. Tomatoes 2
  7. Coriander and pudina leaves handful
  8. Green chillies 3
  9. Turmeric a pinch
  10. Chilly powder 1 spoon
  11. Dhania powder 1/2 spoon
  12. Green peas 1/2 cup
  13. Salt as per the taste
  14. Oil as required
  15. Cloves ,cardamom,and cinnamon few
  16. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  17. Minced meat 1/4 kg

Instructions

  1. Soak the chole and green peas overnight
  2. Soak the Dal's and rice separately before cooking an hour or two
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add whole garam masalas and finely sliced onions
  4. Fry them till golden brown in color add gg paste and saute it till the raw smell goes
  5. Now add minced meat and saute and then add spiced powders and salt and saute
  6. Now add finely sliced tomatoes pudina and coriander leaves and green chillies and saute till tomatoes are mushy
  7. Now add the Dal's chole and green peas and rice saute it for few minutes and then add enough water and cook for 5 to 7 whistles
  8. Server hot with any pickles are with pudina chutney
