ABOUT CHEESE ALOO PARATHA RECIPE

Aloo Cheese Paratha or Stuffed Aloo Cheese Paratha is one the same thing . A little twist to the normal Aloo Paratha with lots of cheese .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For paratha dough ........
  2. whole wheat flour - 2 cups
  3. Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  4. water to knead the dough
  5. For the staffing ........
  6. boil potato - 5 number
  7. grated cheese - half cup
  8. green chilli finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
  9. turmeric powder - half teaspoon
  10. garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. salt to taste
  12. finely chopped coriander leaves - 4 tablespoons
  13. Oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients of making dough . Gradually add water and try to make a soft and smooth dough . Keep aside .
  2. Peel and mashed the boiled potatoes in a bowl . Add salt , green chillies , turmeric powder and garam masala powder , mix well .
  3. Heat a tawa to cook the parathas .
  4. Dust the surface , pinch out balls from the dough . Take a small ball or portion and roll out with a rolling pin . Make a small roti , put 2 tablespoon of potato mixture in the center , also spread good amount of grated cheese over it .
  5. Carefully seal the edges of paratha , cover with the sides to make sure the stuffing is fully covered .
  6. Roll it again very gently , so that stuffing doesn't come out .
  7. Place the paratha or hot tawa and cook from both sides with oil smeared on top .
  8. Cut the paratha into the strips and place the plate in the big size round shape boll and spread roasted sesame seeds .
  9. Serve and Enjoyyyyyyyy :relaxed::relaxed:
