Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. FOR MANCHRIAN BALLS
  2. 1/2 cup Maida
  3. 1/4 cup corn flour
  4. 1 cup grated cabbage
  5. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  6. 1/2 cup grated capcium
  7. 2tsp chopped green chilli
  8. 1tsp chilli flakes
  9. 1tsp crushed black pepper
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  12. For Sauce
  13. 1/3cup soya sauce
  14. 2tsp vinegar
  15. 1tsp Salt
  16. 1tsp red chilli powder
  17. 1tsp black pepper powder
  18. 2tsp red chilli sauce
  19. 2tsp chopped garlic, ginger
  20. 3 tsp chopped onion
  21. 3 tsp grated carrot, cabbage, capcicum
  22. 3tsp corn flour
  23. 1 Cup water

Instructions

  1. First make manchrian ball by adding all grated vegitables, spices and dry ingredients . Deep fry it until golden brown
  2. For sauce heat oil add onion , garlic, ginger saute until cooked then add other vegetables and saute then add spices and soya sauce , vinegar and mix it properly.
  3. Take corn flour and add some water to make a slury then add this to sauce , and stir it until sauce thicken then add manchrian ball and give it a boil your manchurian is ready.
