Cheese Rasogolla Kheer

Ingredients to make Cheese Rasogolla Kheer

  • Rasogolla 10-12
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Vermicelli 1 hand full
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Rose water 1 tsp
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • Chopped cashew nut

How to make Cheese Rasogolla Kheer

  1. Squeeze the rasogolla from syrup and keep aside.
  2. Take a frying pan, add ghee and vermicelli, toss till light brown. Switch off the flame.
  3. Take a deep pan and boil milk. Keep on continuously stirring.
  4. It will become 1/4 then add vermicelli, sugar and chopped cashew nut. Stir continuously.
  5. Add rose water, cardamom powder. It will thicken.
  6. Switch off the flame and add squeezed rasogolla. Grated cheese.
  7. Ready to serve cool

My Tip:

Very delicious after lunch or dinner. Serve after one hour so rasogolla will swell with milk. Keep in the fridge.
