Ingredients to make Cheese Bun

  • Bun 3 pieces
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  • Grated capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce 2 TSP
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Butter as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Cheese Bun

  1. Scoop bun, make a well.
  2. Take a frying pan, add butter.
  3. Add onion paste, stir till brown, then add mashed potatoes.
  4. Add black pepper powder.
  5. Add carrot and capsicum. Add salt and scooped remaining bun.
  6. When cooked, add oregano.
  7. Now take bun, fill with cooked potatoes and cover with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
