Ingredients: 2 cup maida; 3 eggs; 1 cup sugar; 1/3 cup melted butter; 1 / 2 cup tooty fruity; 2 tsp fruit essence; 2tsp any jam of your choice; 1tsp Baking powder

2 cup maida
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 / 2 cup tooty fruity
2 tsp fruit essence
2tsp any jam of your choice
1tsp Baking powder

Instructions

Make sugar syrup by adding 4tsp water to sugar and mix it until 2 boils .
Seprate egg whites and beat it using electric beater for 2 min then add hot sugar syrup slowly and beat it again for 3 min dont over beat it otherwise it will become a merange ,then let it cool down for 5 min then add butter ,fruit essence and jam and mix it properly.
Take separated egg yolks and beat it seprately in a bowl then add this to egg white mixture and combine it properly.
Seive maida and baking powder through strainer then add tooty fruity to maida and put this in egg whites mixture slowly and whip until thick batter forms . Mix it properly to avoid lumps.
Then put this mixture in greased cake tin and bake it for 25 min at 180'c .
Check by inserting toothpick wheather cake is cooked or not.
